So when you're feeling particularly stressed, do something you enjoy to help relax. Go to your favorite yoga class, get a smoothie, read, sit and listen to music, write, just let yourself be, without the worry. You are allowed to feel stressed, just don't let it consume you. This is a talent some people take decades and lifetimes to accomplish. I'm still working on it but I know that in the end, you want to look back and remember laughter, friends, family and happiness; not stress, worry and anxiety.
So get out in the sun (it makes you happier to soak up the rays) and smile because your life is beautiful and you owe yourself to be happy.
