No really, bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, i'm actually getting hungry now writing this. I refuse to get a seamless because I will be broke and have an even bigger bottom (Which isn't always a negative). I know carbs are looked at as the "bad" guys but hey it's okay to have a guilty pleasure - just counteract it. I eat carbs and I run. Whoohoo problem solved right? No actually. Sadly. Nope.
Carbs are okay ladies. Calm your salad eating selves. Salads and juices are great. You know what else is great? A big bowl of pasta with homemade sauce that has been simmering for twenty-four hours. Embrace the carbs ladies, food is not the devil. There is such a thing as happy-medium. You don't have to eat like a bird, it's okay to enjoy your meals. However I do believe it is also to be healthy as well. Mentally and physically. So enjoy your carbs and go for a run you sexy beast.
