Chia seeds are known for being a superfood. They also come in handy when you don't have any time in the morning. You can make this breakfast the night before. Plus it's in a mason jar so you look really cool. This mason jar meal is really nutritious, packed with fiber and actually fills you up. Even if it's not for breakfast it's also nice to have on hand as a snack.
Keep in mind my receipes are guidelines more than rules. They are meant to be customized and tweaked to your liking. The above photo used chia seeds, almond milk, honey, crushed blackberries and was topped with nuts before serving.
Directions
Pour 1/4 cup of chia seeds in the jar first.
Follow this by 1 cup of a liquid.
